Shipping/Delivery Policy

We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages once an item has been dispatched for delivery if it is past 7 days after receipt of purchase.
      Postal errors can occur and you will need to contact us or the postal service or courier to follow up your item/delivery.
        We aim to dispatch your shipment in a timely manner once your order has been paid in full & cleared, (Processing orders can be between 1-4 Business days, as some products are made upon order), Once an item has left us it is out of our control, you will be supplied a tracking number so you can track your order in transit. We have no control over the shipping companies, (delay in your order/shipment could be caused by weather conditions, natural disasters etc,) For any issues or questions please contact us via the contact us form.
            We will not be held responsible if you chose NOT to read before purchasing & without reading our Policies or Terms and Conditions before your purchase from our website.
                Shipping cost varies by weight & might be free shipping after spending a certain amount. If the incorrect shipping cost shows on the checkout and it shows free shipping, this will be corrected and the new shipping cost will be adjusted, we will send you an updated invoice with shipping cost included. Unfortunately we will not process & dispatch your goods until the amount is paid in full & cleared, including any shipping cost/s that were not included on the checkout page. Unfortunately errors can occur. If there are any errors or warning messages on the checkout page with shipping cost, please do not hesitate to contact us, one of our customer care team members will assist you.
                  We deliver within Australia & New Zealand only.
                      We DO NOT ship on weekends or public holidays, we may ship to some Po Boxes.
                          Delivery time can vary between 2-8 Business days (depending on your location) This is an estimated guide only for Australia.

                            Australian Shipping Cost varies on weight, unless you spend over a certain amount for free shipping, we do offer Express post, no free shipping option for Express Post, prices will be shown on checkout.

                            We use Auspost to deliver to New Zealand, Shipping rates will vary from weight of products purchased, Shipping time can take between 6-26 Business Days to arrive. No free shipping option for New Zealand customers at the moment. We will have express post available soon and these will be a higher price due to the service.

                              We reserve the right to refuse, decline or cancel any orders received or any orders made thereafter for incorrect shipping cost/s.

                              There may be certain postcodes that we are Unable to deliver to.

                              Inaccurate address
                              If there are any address discrepancies with your order & the product is returned us, a customer care team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.

                              Please contact us for the shipping cost to your area. When you add a product to the cart it may show Free Shipping and sometimes this is not the case.

                              Australia Post or Sendle: Once your order is dispatched, you will be given a tracking number through Email or SMS.

                              The expected time for delivery given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team. Pick up or arranging your own courier is not available.
