Returns/Refunds policy

Please read before purchasing, if you purchase any item from this website you are agreeing and accepting to be bound by these terms and policy. Full refund will only be given if it meets our returns/refunds policy and full Refund/Return/Exchange will only be given to the price of the item purchased (Excludes shipping/delivery cost) If you require a refund please read our refund/returns policy.

* You the customer are responsible for the delivery cost for returned items.

* You are required to contact us for any returns/refunds within 7 days of purchase, any contact for return/refund after 7 days will be void.

* We DO NOT accept Refund/Exchange for change of mind after 7 days of purchase.

* We DO NOT accept Refund/Exchange if you request a refund before the product is received, not what you were expecting, found it cheaper elsewhere, do not want the item anymore or wrong address provided.

* We DO NOT accept Returns/Exchange for perishable goods, Bath Bombs unless there is a problem and you are not happy with your purchase, to receive a refund or exchange for a bath bomb, please send us an image of what the issue is, Due to the personal nature and for hygiene reasons for any skin care products etc we can not refund on these products if the plastic seal on the lids have been broken, tampered with, opened or the product has been used.

* If the product is DOA (Damaged on Arrival) we require proof of the item being damaged on delivery to you, a picture is required. For All Approved Refunds/Exchanges items must be in the same condition as when you received it.

* Product must be in original packaging, not damaged, used, soiled or altered by you in any way.

* Please make sure to provide correct address at all times. We will not be held responsible for any orders that are not delivered.

* If a product has been approved for refund/return, we DO NOT refund the initial shipping cost of the item, only the cost of the product price.

* If there are any issues with anything please send an email including pictures or video of the condition of the product received and an explanation of why you would like a refund for the product and if the item is eligible for return.

* Please DO NOT return the product to us without our prior consultation.

* If we require the product to be returned to us we will contact you. We do not refund postage costs

* Customers can not change their mind before the item is received.
